This wi11 be strictly a dry pit operation extraction an alluvial gravel <br />deposit that is chemically inert. No chemicals of any type will be required for <br />processing the product. No refuse will be generated. <br />11, The hydrologic balance will not be impacted as neither surface water nor ground <br />water will be intercepted by this operation. Berms or diversion ditches will be <br />constructed to prevent surface waters from entering and contacting disturbed <br />areas. The down slope area will be either termed or silt fence and/or straw bales <br />used to prevent sediment loading to surface waters. <br />12. 'f he excavated material will be crushed on site. <br />13. The pritnary produced to be rained includes sand, gravel and fill materials. <br />14. There are na incidental products known or proposed to be extracted from this <br />operation. <br />15. The overburden depth varies from one (1) foot to eight (8) feet, but is expected io <br />average three (3) foot in thickness. <br />16. No improvements are planned for existing roadways. <br />17.
