You should commence publication of a <br />notice of the filing of this application irrmediately (see enclosed no~ice <br />format). You must also mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of <br />surface rights of affected land and immediately ad,iacent land. You must <br />provide o roof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt <br />P,equested, to the MLR staff before your applica±ion can he considered by the <br />Board. You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less <br />confidential items, with the Weld County Clerk and Recorder.
