<br />Service on or after Septem-
<br />ber l0, 1980, it the same be
<br />not previously removed

<br />unauthorized livestock
<br />Which are found to, be

<br />may be impounded without
<br />further notice.
<br />After the impoundment,
<br />owners of unauthorized
<br />Gveetock may regain
<br />', poeeesaion thereof ody by
<br />first 'showing proof of
<br />ownership and reimbursing
<br />~ the United States in full for
<br />the elrapenae incurred in !m-
<br />;rounding, feeding, and care
<br />of such Gveetock, or if im-
<br />loundment caste eased
<br />.air market value, by a
<br />ieyment equal to the fair
