Ourav County. Colorado. <br />It appears that vour current minine plan has not <br />significantly chaneed since our review and resn_onse letter to Mr. <br />Charles R. Ponchak dated January 25, 1991. We have determined <br />that a Department of the Armv Hermit is not required for vour <br />operation as currently proposed, sub.iect to the cautions provided <br />in the January 25. 1991 letter.
