that houses the electric controls. The rest of the equipment is
•~ not enclosed and includes a hopper, feeder-breaker, crusher and a
150 ft stacking belt.
At this time no additional facilities are planned
for the permit area. However, Wyoming °uel may move its crushing
facilities, office and stockpile area to the flat-lying area near
Phase IX shown on Figure 2. If this move is made, appropriate
technical revisions in the permit will be submitted to assure com-
pliance with applicable regulations.
Since all of the existing structures are either
prefab or mobil, removal of the structures and subsequent grading,
topsoiling and reclamation should not be difficult or expensive.
A11 the structures meet the performance standards
as specified in Rule 4. This is evidenced by the fact that in over
a year of inspections by the Colorado Mine Reclamation Board, Office
of Surface Mining, Colorado Division of Mines and the Mine Safety
and Health administration, we have had no violations concerning our
structures.
At this point in time, we do not anticipate modify-
ing or reconstructing any of the existing structures.
(c) Description of Roads, etc. (see Figure 2).
No conveyor or rail systems are planned within the
permit area. All roads other than the haul roads will be constructed
in the pit and will be advanced and reclaimed as the pit is
advanced and reclaimed.
The temporary in-pit roads will include 10 to
• 15 percent ramps along the exposed coal and between benches, and
a 10 percent ramp from lower levels to the upper backfill levels
-31
