The conditions to <br />the approval aze noted below: <br />Stipulation No. Description <br />Crested wheatgrass shall be eliminated from the seed mix and replaced by 1.5 pounds pure live <br />seed per acre galleta grass (hilaria jamesii) and 1.5 pounds pure live seed Indian ricegrass-native <br />(oryzopsis hymenoides). <br />No fmancial warranty was set by the Division for this operafion. However, you must submit a performance warranty in <br />order for us to issue a permit. We have enclosed a performance warranty form with this letter for your use. Please have <br />the performance warranty signed by an appropriate of3YCa1, notarized, and return it to us. <br />PLEASE NOTE TART MINING OPERATIONS MAY NOT COMMENCE UNTIL A PERMIT HAS BEEN <br />ISSUED BY THE DIVISION AETE$ RECEIPT OF YOUR PERFORMANCE WARRAN'T'Y.
