'fhe access shall be maintaned at t6 feet wide with 20 foot radii. <br />t 5. Surfacing oftlte access shall be maintaned as per Exhibit "A". <br />16. The access shall be maintained in a manner that will not cause water to enter onto the roadway, xnd will not <br />interfere with the existing drainage system within the State Highway right-of--way. The maintenance of the access and/or further developmem ofthis property shall not negatively impact <br />adjacent nearby properties. The ECtS may be obtained COOT Permitting Offices or may be accessed via <br />the COOT Planning/Construction-Evnironmental Guidance webpagc at <br />http;//www.dotstate.co.us/environmentaUFormslasp. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH REGULATORY <br />REQUTREMf:NTS MAY RESULT IN SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF YOUR COOT PERMtT, OR <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS BY OTHER AGENCTES. <br />AZL discharges arc Subject to the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Act and the Colorado Discharge <br />Permit Regulations. Prohibited discharges include substance such as: wash watey paint, auromorive fluids, <br />solvents, oils nr soaps. <br />Unless otherwise identified by COOT or the Colorado Department of Public Health and EmironmeMal <br />(CDPHE) Water Quality Control Division (WQCD) as significant sources of pollutants to the waters of the <br />State, the following discharges to storm water systems are allowed without a Colorado Dischage Permit <br />System Perntit: landscape irrigation, diverted stream flows, uncontaminated ground water infiltration to <br />separate stomt sewers, discharges From potable water sources, foundation drains, av conditon condensation, <br />irrigation water, springs, footing drains, waterline fluishing, flows from riparian habitats and wetlands, and <br />flow from Tirc fighting activities. <br />.ANY OTHER DISCHARGES, including starmwaterdisehargesfram industrial facility or construction sites, <br />may require Colorado Discharge Permit System permits from CDPHE before work begins.
