Owens
Brothers Concrete Company requested that Sinclair sign an agreement making Owens
Brothers responsible for any damage to the pipeline caused by gravel mining. Sinclair
refused to sign the agreement. Therefore, Owens Brothers is submitting the attached
engineering analysis that demonstrates that gravel mining will not impact the pipeline. The
pipeline itself is in a 50-foot easement (which will not be affected by mining) and we have a
30 foot additional non-mining setback from the easement. We have forwarded agreements
to Barb Ciappone with three 13) other owners of structures within 200 feet of the affected
area. They are: Weld County (for roads), Last Chance Ditch Company, and Vessels Oil and
Gas foil and gas welq.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.
Sincerely,
A`GR~A Earth/&~Environmental, Inc.
;~`"Ci%uX ~J ~~
Paul Banks
Senior Project Manager
Attachment
Engineering & Environmental Services
