In response to your letter dated July 13, 1999, enclosed is the following:
1. Two prints of revised Exhibit E, Mining and Reclamation Plan.
2. Two copies of the Performance and Payment Bond to he included as part of
Exhibit K.
3. An original revised Financial Warranty in the amount of $55.000.00.
We have also included an Index Map to assist you with your adequacy review of our
application. The following items have been added to Exhibit E and are highlighted on the
Index Map:
Names of owners of record of the affected surface area and within 200 feet of the
the permit boundary.
A list of owners of man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected area.
