The plan should be orrelated witn <br />the :nap and should show where extraction will oegin, and which direction, if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHI3IT l; - I•la <br />This snap snould clearly define the permit boundaries and contain suffici nt information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existin and proposed <br />roads or access routes to oe used in connection with the inininy operation. All <br />immediately adjacent landov+ners of record must ue shown. The quarter se tion corner, <br />section line, or any other locataole points should also be shown on this snap. <br />EXHIBIT D - Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information <br />~acii of the above-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in th applicadle <br />Rule. <br />EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan <br />As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the meth ds, equipment, <br />phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land a fected by each. <br />If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the snap. If not, the narrative <br />must oe comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the e petted <br />appearance of the area after completion of reclamation. <br />
