Box 667 <br />Craig, CO 81626 <br />Dear Mr. Jones: <br />On October 22, 1998, we received a free use permit (FUP) application <br />for a Moffat County gravel pit that is located off of Moffat County <br />road 26 neat the Little Snake River in central Moffat County. <br />Enclosed is your copy of the approved FUP that has been assigned a BLM <br />number of COC 61232. This permit authorizes the Moffat County Road <br />Department to operate and develop the proposed gravel pit material <br />program, subject to the attached stipulations on the listed lands as <br />described below. <br />Legal lands description: <br />Township 9 No[th, Range 96 west, 6th P.M., section. 4: SE'/,, <br />section 9: N'fiNE% <br />This permit expires on November 10, 2008 and is limi~.ed to a <br />cumulative extraction of 250,000 tons of material.
