<br />D. The Company shall keep and maintain adequate and accurate records <br />of the quantities sold For Materials mined, removed, and sold. Lessor shall have the right at all <br />reasonable times during business hours to examine such records of the Company at the ofFices of the <br />Company and to verify the quantities of Materials mined, removed, and sold and the accuracy of the <br />scales used to weigh the Materials. <br />E. The Company may install a processing and/or crushing plant or <br />plants on the Property. The Company shall install a certified scale on the Property or at a location <br />mutually agreeable with Lessor to weigh Materials removed from the Property. <br />F. The Company shalt keep and maintain adequate and accurate records <br />of the quantities of Materials mined, quarried or extracted from the Property and removed from the <br />Property and sold which are crushed or are otherwise processed or stockpiled. Lessor shall have the <br />right at all reasonable times during business hours to examine such records of the Company and to <br />verify quantities of such Materials so removed and sold. <br />
