R88W, 2 miles southeast of Hayden, Routt County, Colorado; to handle 1,000,000 tons
of coal per year.
THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
Conveyor and stacking tube.
• THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIR
QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL ACT C.R.S. (25.7-101
et seg1, TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS
DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Spray bars with surfactant added to water will be installed to control emissions from conveyor N2
and stockpile.
2. Conveyor N2 will be covered so that spillage will not constitute an air pollutant.
3. Visible emissions shall not exceed twenty percent 120°kl opacity.
