(In the event that acceptable inert clay materials <br />for capping are not available on site, the applicant will need to include the cost for importation of <br />such materials). An itemized cost for mobilization/demobilization of reclamation equipment will <br />also need to be included. The Division will calculate a final reclamation cost once all direct <br />reclamation costs have been identified. (ie, the final reclamation cost will include both direct and <br />indirect costs). <br />Once again, I will look forwazd to your response on or before July 26, 2004. Rule 1.8.1 states <br />that changes and additions to the permit application must be filed with the Division and the <br />County Clerk and Recorder.
