The intent of the reclawation plan is to leave two lakes as part of the recreational olden space for Rossum ieights <br />Subdivision. ,approximately three feet of overburden soils are to be used in , fill areas indicated to raise these <br />areas above the 100 year design flood. As a result of the gravel extract •,I„ -rood waters will have an alt= rnative <br />channel thus allowing developmerE ill the areas reclaimed from the flood pl-lin. <br />2. A Reno mattress or randomly placed riprap on a maximum of 3:1 slope is to be used around fill areas as indic.ite-d. <br />3. The western 0.78 acres of Area i will be backfilled and compacted to a finished grade of approximately 3 fe, -t below <br />the fill areas' finished grade. <br />4. The remaining 5.45 acres of Area I, and Area 11 are to be reclaimed as lakes with side slopes at a maxinlwu 1 ;:I to <br />10 feet below the water line and a maximuri of 2:1 below that depth.
