Campbell
September 28, 1978
Page 2
Consequently, we would respectfully ask that you make every
effort to obtain for us a temporary authority to crush and
remove the gravel which is already stockpiled on the site
and to do other work around the site before winter sets in.
In the light of the obvious approval of the plan by the
local County officials, Soil Conservation Service, the
Division of Wildlife, and in consideration of the long-
standing nature of this operation, we would ask that this
consideration be given us. If the permit is eventually
denied, we will state that the owner will dress up the
premises in accordance with the reclamation plan. In other
words, this will be done in any and all events
We would appreciate your prompt attention to this and your
advice.
PHILIP CHARLES KLINGSMITH, JR., P.C.
BY /~ ~' ~~
P.
