That <br />enclosure encompassed the materials presented to the county by citizens during the Specific <br />Development permitting process. I believe the Coalby Canyon Association objection cover <br />letter comprises their objection and includes the enclosure only as reference material. <br />Two letters have been received from Greg Lazear after the public comment period ended. <br />They respond to the geotechnical evaluation that DMG received from the applicant after the <br />public comment period closed. Since this was the subject of Mr. Lazear's original objection, <br />staff thought we should at least consider these comments (though he did include another <br />letter sent to him by another local citizen that we will not consider). <br />This packet also includes the adequacy response letter from the applicant that lists their <br />response to most of the objection issues. <br />Office of Office of Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines Geological Survey <br />
