INC., a Colorado Corporation, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Assignee". <br />ii I T N E S S E T H <br />WHEREAS, Assignor entered into a Lease with Ray L. <br />Atchison, Sr., on the twenty third day of September, 1977; and <br />i7HEREAS, Assignor now wishes to assign all of <br />its right, title and interest in said Lease; and <br />[71iERFAS, Assignee wishes to acquire the rights <br />to said Lease. <br />• <br />I70i7, TIiEP,EFORE, in consideration of ten ($10.00) <br />dollars and all other good and valuable consideration, the <br />receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the <br />parties agree as follows: <br />1. Assignor does '.tereby sell, assign and transfer <br />to the Assignee all its right, title and interest, in and to <br />the Lease which is more fully described in C•xhibit "A" which <br />is attached hereto and incorporated herein, <br />2. Assignee does hereby agree to assume and perform <br />from the date of this Assignment, all of the terms and provisions <br />of the written Lease, which by the terms of said Lease, the <br />Assignor is required to keep, observe and perform.
