For species that have several developed cultivars, alternative cultivars will be <br />evaluated for substitutions. When cultivars are unavailable, regional native sources will be <br />used. Complete lack of availability will normally be limited to the native fortis and shrubs <br />listed. Substitutions in this case will be determined by reviewing the species list in Tab 10 and <br />selecting adapted and desireable native species replacements offered by seed dealers.
