Wildlife
The proposed reclamation plan does not propose to create wildlife habitat. All activities will be
planned considering the safety and protection of wildlife on the property. Some species may be
temporarily displaced by the mining activities. They are expected to re-establish with no difficulty
after the reclamation has been completed.
Water
Disturbance of the area will be done to minimize the effect on the prevailing hydraulic balance as
follows:
a) The operator shall comply with all applicable Colorado water laws.
b) The operator shall comply with all applicable Federal and State water quality laws and
regulations.
C) The operator shall comply with all Federal and State Requirements for dredge and fill. There
are no anticipated requirements of this type of activity.
d) The operator shall regrade all sediment an siltation structures after mining completion.
