Effluent Limitations for Outfalls 003 and 022 <br />Beginning immediately and lasting through December 31, 1990, the <br />permittee is authorized to discharge from outfall(s) serial number(s): <br />003 and 022. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations <br />for Effluent Limitations, Section 10.1.3, and State Discharge Permit <br />System Regulations, Section 6.9.2, S C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted <br />discharge shall not contain effluent parameter concentrations which <br />exceed the following limitations, discharge more than the mass <br />pollutant loadings specified below or exceed the specified flow <br />limitation. <br />Effluent Parameter Discharge Limitations <br />30-day avg. a/ Daily Max. c/ <br />Flow, gpm 2240* N/A <br />• <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 35 70 <br />Total Recoverable Iron, mg/1 1.0 2.0 <br />Total Recoverable Zinc, mg/1 0.23 0.46 <br />Salinity N/A N/A <br />*The combined flow from 003 and 022 shall not exceed 2240 gpm. <br />pH - (Standard Units) shall remain between 6.5 and 9.0 c/. <br />011 and grease shall not exceed 10 mg/1 in any grab sample nor shall <br />there be a visible sheen c/.
