Data Reporting (Continued) <br />b) uarterl <br />Monitoring results obtained during the previous 3 months shall be <br />summarized for each calendar month and reported on applicable <br />discharge monitoring report forms (EPA Form 3320-1), received at <br />this office no later than the 28th day of the month following the <br />completed quarter. For ezample, for the 1st quarter (January, <br />February, and March) the 3 monthly reports must be received at this <br />office no later Chan April 28.
