., <br />n <br />U <br />Permit No.: CO-0034141 <br />County: Moffat <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UtdDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, <br />(25-8-101 et. seq., CRS, 1973 a~ amended) and the Federal Water Pollution <br />Control Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq.; the "Act") <br />Empire Energy Corporation <br />• <br /> <br />is authorized to discharge from the Eagle Mine Complex <br />located in Sec. 6, TSN, R91W and Sec. 29, 3U, 31, Tb1Q, R91W, approximately 7 <br />miles southwest of Craig, CO <br />to Williams Fork River and Yampa River <br />in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other <br />conditions set forth in Part I, and II hereof. All discharges authorized <br />herein shall be consistant with the terms and conditions of this permit. <br />This permit shall become effective thirty (30) days after the date signed by <br />the Director. Should the applicant choose to contest any of the effluent <br />limitations, monitoring requirements or other conditions contained herein, tl,e <br />applicant must comply with Section 24-4-104 CRS 1973 and the Regulation for <br />the State lliscnarge Permit System.
