<br />A 21.305 acre tract of land, being a portion of the E1/2SE1/4NE1/4
<br />of Section 17, and of the S1/2N1/2 of Section 16, Township 1 North,
<br />Range 80 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Town of Kremmling,
<br />Grand County, Colorado, being more particularly described as
