ENVIRONMENTS INC. <br />JANUARY 4i 2005 <br />PAGE 2 <br />In addition, DMRA infers that the Frei Quarry is causing all <br />the dust in the canyon. We disagree with this analysis, nearly <br />20 acre feet of water is used a year for dust control in the <br />mine. The current ADEN allows processing of 3,300,000 tons per <br />year, in 2004 the mine produced 1,883,546 tons. Which is well <br />under the permitted limits in the APEN. <br />i believe, DMRA was just trying to cause problems for the <br />MMRR Quarry during the permitting process.
