r <br />October 29, 1997 <br />AGII.E STONE SYSTEMS, INC. <br />WORTHLEY RESIDENCE <br />0627 COUNTY ROAD 3 <br />PARKDALE,COLORADO <br />OCTOBER 15, 1997 <br />Puruose <br />This investigation was conducted to document the existing condition of the Worthley <br />residence at 0627 County Road 3, Parkdale, Colorado. <br />Procedure <br />Present at the inspection were Mr. Jerry Worthley (owner and builder) and Phil Musial (of <br />Vibra-Tech Engineers). The inspection consisted of examination of the residential <br />exterior. Mr. Worthley is building astudio/residence on this property. According to Mr. <br />Worthley, the studio is approximately 80% finished. He has already finished a small one <br />car garage to the north of the studio. The interior of the studio is in the rough in stage, <br />meaning the wall coverings have yet to be installed. Mr. Worthley started building the <br />studio about two and a half years ago. <br />The condition of the inspected sections of the structures may change after the date of <br />inspection due to many factors such as weather, fire, moisture, actions taken by the owner, <br />or the passage of time. This report deals with the condition of the structures at the time of <br />inspection. <br />The following report is based upon an examination of only those portions of the structures <br />that were readily accessible and could be visually inspected from the ground.
