Dear Mr. Tempel:
On August 30, 1993, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your
application fora 112 Reclamation Permit for the Mid-Western Farms Resources
Pit, File No. M-93-059. Initial review determined that the following items
must be submitted before technical review of your application can begin:
EXHIBIT N - Wildlife Information: See Rule 2.1.2(9) of the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Rules and Regulations for the requirements
necessary to complete this exhibit.
You may amend your application by submitting the requested items. In
accordance with Rule 1.5, a new decision date will be established 90 days from
the date of receipt of all requested items. If you have already initiated
publication, you will need to republish notice which specifies the final date
for receiving comments is the 20th day after the fourth publication or the
next regular business day.
This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical
deficiencies in your application. The Division will review your application
to determined whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Act after
submittal of all required items.
