C-12,628(FD) <br />Air Pollution Control-Division ItECE1VED <br />4210 East 11th Avenue N OV 2 9 1978 Initial Approval~X <br />Denver, Colorado 80220, <br />- Final Approva l <br />Yampa Mining Co., Inc. ~ <br />DATE ISSUED: November 26, 1979 <br />ISSUED T0: H-G COAL COMPANY <br />THE FACILITY TO WHICH THIS PERMIT APPLIES IS DESCRIBED AND LOCATED AS FOLLOWS: <br />Coal rail car loading facility located 2 miles south of <br />Hayden on State Highway 53 in Routt County, Colorado. <br />(: <br />THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Stockpile of 50,000 tons maximum capacity of coal. <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIR <br />QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL ACT (25-7-101 <br />et sec.),"TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF <br />THIS DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Opacity of emissions shall not exceed 20%. <br />2. Capacity of stockpile shall not exceed 50,000 tons. <br />3. Wind erosion emissions from the stockpile shall be controlled <br />by dust suppressants as necessary.
