Limitations on Leasehold: <br /> <br />It is not anticipated that any <br />substantial part of the leased premises will actually be used for <br />the removal of the leased material or the processing thereof, however <br />a large quantity of such rock apparently exists in this area and, <br />if suitable markets were found, nonetheless, hereunder the entire <br />leased premises could be produced. Lessee will quarry the rock <br />from a single location unless it obtains specific written consent <br />of the Lessors to open an additional pit or pits. Lessee's operations <br />• will proceed in a solid and contiguous pattern; .following said rock <br />material from the point of beginning. Lessee will have the right <br />to process said rock material on the leased property, however, such <br />processing shall also be confined to a single site. Lessee shall <br />have the right to erect, construct and maintain any buildings, plants, <br />structures, equipment, appliances and other facilities which may <br />be; convenient or necessary for carrying out the purposes hereof, <br />upon the leased property. The Lessee shall have the right to use, <br />strip and remove parts of the surface of the leased premises, as <br />may be reasonably required in the exercise of the rights granted <br />hereby, including, but not limited to the right to place, pile or <br />dump dirt, refuse, or material or substances of any kind normally <br />produced by the type of surface removal and operation contemplated <br />hereby. <br />4. Term of Lease: This lease shall begin on the date of the <br />execution by the Lessors and shall continue so long as the terms <br />and conditions hereof are met by the Lessee, but for a period not <br />to exceed ten years. <br />5.
