All statutes, regulations, and requirements seL ford iu <br />sections 1 through 29 of the coal lease should be complied <br />• <br />with. <br />2. During operations on this lease, no fill, spoil or con- <br />struction debris will be dumped over natural escarp-ents <br />or natural slopes steeper clean 20 percnet or into dra::s <br />or canyons. <br />3. The lessee will utilize and operate all facilities and <br />• ~ devices in such a way as to avoid or, where avoidance is <br />impracticable, minimize air pollution. At all times during <br />construction and operation, the lessee will. conduct <br />activities in accordance with all applicable air quality <br />~ standards and related plans of implcmer.tation adopted <br />• pursuant to the Clean Air Act (77 Stat. 392 as amended, <br />42 U.S.C. 1857) as now in effect or as hereafter amended, <br />or if it should be superseded, the statute superseding <br />it, and applicable state standards. <br />4.
