The lessee will utilize and operate all facilities and <br />• ~ devices in such a way as to avoid or, where avoidance is <br />impracticable, minimize air pollution. At all times during <br />construction and operation, the lessee will. conduct <br />activities in accordance with all applicable air quality <br />~ standards and related plans of implcmer.tation adopted <br />• pursuant to the Clean Air Act (77 Stat. 392 as amended, <br />42 U.S.C. 1857) as now in effect or as hereafter amended, <br />or if it should be superseded, the statute superseding <br />it, and applicable state standards. <br />4.
