Western Yarrow 0_2 <br />Total (PLS lbs/ac) 9.5 <br />Project-Specific Plans and Parameters -Exploration activities are expected to be completed bythe middle <br />of October or earlier if required by big-game hunting lessees. <br />The exploration program will otherwise comply with the requirements of Rule 2.02 of the Regulations of the <br />Colorado Muted Land Reclatnation Board. <br />6.0 CULTURAL RESOURCES AND BIOLOGICAL CLEARANCES <br />Cultural and paleontological resottrces, threatened and endangered (T & E) species assessments, and raptor <br />nest site surveys will be completed during the spring of 2005 for the roads and sites included in this NOI. <br />Copies of the reports will be forwarded to the Division and appropriate agency(s) as soon as they are <br />completed. <br />9.0 RECLAMATION COST ESTIMATE <br />There is approximately 6,900' of new road construction, 0.83 acres of pad disturbance and 3000' of total drill <br />depth. OMLLC requests that the Division prepare the reclamation cost estimate for the 6 drill pads and road <br />reclamation. <br />
