The new warranty <br />package for this operation is now complete. Thus, the succession of operators <br />and transfer of permit for this operation is now effective, and a copy of the <br />signed document is enclosed. I nave also enclosed two signed originals of an <br />amended mining and reclamation permit for the Adams Pit which retain the <br />original permit issuance date of September 9, 1980 but which reference your <br />company as operator and have an attached legal description for the entire <br />75.75 acre amended permit area. This amended permit is being issued for <br />purposes of clarity. <br />Please have an appropriate officer of Colorado Sand and Gravel sign each <br />permit, having the signature notarized in each case. Then, retain one permit <br />for your files and return the other to us within two weeks. As you know, all <br />of the amendment application materials, as well as any subsequent adeouacy <br />materials submitted by your company, are considered an integral part of permit <br />No. M-80-110 and are incorporated by reference. It is presumed that you have <br />retained a copy of ail of these materials; therefore, none is enclosed with <br />this mailing. <br />The issuance of this amended permit to your company_closes the_file foryouur_ <br />Sandy Acres Pit, File No. M-81-159. Therefore, enclosed please find Bond No. <br />644T632-from the Ameriean Insurance Company in the amount of 513,500.00 and <br />the Performance Warranty for the Sandy Acres Pit. Both warranties are <br />released as of February 20, 1986.
