I • 2.05.3 <br /> <br /> <br />TR-23 <br />Up to three gob vent boreholes GVBs are required over each longwall panel. <br />Additionally, exploratory holes will be drilled within the permit boundary. Run- <br />offfrom the related drill pads may not go through a treatment facility such as <br />a sediment pond. Run-off from the pads that does not report to a sediment <br />pond will be filtered through a sediment fence. Design of sediment fences <br />for three drill pad configurations are presented in Volume III, Exhibit 8 <br />beginning on page Exh-8 - 107. The three typical drill pads are designed on <br />a 3H:1 V slope, 5H:1 V slope and 10H:1 V slope.
