Mini;lgis 8 Ge~io9Y <br />In response to copies of reclamation permit application notices and/or inspection reports that <br />your division has sent to us, the Water Quality Control Division (the Division) has asked these <br />entities to apply for Stormwater Discharge Permits, or explain why a permit may not be needed. <br />A sample of the letter sent on June 22, 1995 is enclosed for your information.
