Based on staff's review of corrections and clarifications <br />submitted by the applicant it appears that the application meets all the requirements for <br />the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations. Therefore, staff is Dleased to inform RG <br />Consulting Engineers and M.A. Concrete that the application for M-2004-020, the Cole Pit <br />is approved. <br />M. A. Concrete has accepted the Division's reclamation bond calculations in the amount of <br />5335,000.00 for disturbances in Phase 1 and 2. In order for the permit to be issued a <br />.Performance Warranty and Financial Warranty must be submitted and accepted by the <br />Denver Office. Please forward these documents to Program Assistant II, Barbara <br />Chiappone, for approval, acceptance and permit issuance.
