Our initial review indicates that <br />all preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, <br />C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq., have been submitted; thus your application has been <br />deemed complete. )IT1 comment and review time periods initiate from this date. <br />The tentative date for consideration of your application is August 23, 1989. <br />You should commence publication of a notice of the filing of this application <br />immediately (see enclosed notice format). You must also mail a copy of the <br />notice to all owners of record of surface rights of affected land and <br />immediately adjacent land. You must provide proof of the notice and mailing, <br />such as Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, to the MLR staff before your <br />application can be considered. You must also place a copy. of this application <br />for public review, less confidential items, with the Douglas County Clerk and <br />Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions to the copies on file in our <br />offices must also be made in this local government copy. <br />THE STAFF IS REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS ADEQUATE TO <br />MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAW.
