These holes are <br />located on property of which both the coal and the surface is owned in <br />entirety by Shirley LadtY.ow and Sharon Cratty, As stated in the <br />Surface Use Agreement, the locations are to be at a mutually agreed <br />upon site. The agreed upon site for PDH-14 is approximately 800' <br />north of the original .location. This site is along an existing trai_ <br />and will be conducive to very minima'_ disCarbance. Site FDN-i3 has <br />been agreed to be located in the or.iainally ne_^sitted 1o-~at_on. <br />Approval to drill these holes was issued in she May 20, 1996 <br />~ acceptance dor_ument with the only stipulation being that CLC provide <br />documentation of right of entry. Attached for your reference is a <br />copy of the acceptance documenr_ and the review by the Colorado <br />Division of Wildlife. On June i0, 1998, I again reviewed these hole <br />locations with Mr. Jim 3askir_s of CDOW.
