EXHIBIT - M
Other Permits and Licenses
Moffat County will be seeking guidance from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in
the event of dredge and fill (within their jurisdiction) of the main draw in the center of the
project. In addition, the applicant will add the Powderwash No. 66 gravel pit to the
current air quality emissions permit that applies to all of the county pits. Moffat County
plans to design the gravel operation in a manner to prevent stormwater drainage from
dischazging sediment, or other pollutants, into the waters of the State and the United
States. And, lastly, the applicant is in the process of securing a Conditional Use Permit to
operate the gravel mine in Moffat County. No other regulatory permits will apply to this
gravel mine.
Exhibit - M
Other Permits and Licenses
