III IIIIIIIIIIIII III <br />999 <br />Doc Date:12/11/2001 <br />~~ SMALL AREA EXEMPTIONS <br />• <br />In the original permit submitted by Dorchester, several Small Area <br />Exemptions for sediment control were requested and granted as <br />follows: <br />• Roadside Topsoil Stockpile <br />• Substation Dro. 2 and Powerline <br />• Mine Dewatering System <br />Subsequently, the following additional areas have been identified <br />where the Small Area Exemption criteria are applicable and <br />appropriate. EFCI has submitted exemption requests for the following <br />additional areas: <br />• South Mine Fan Installation <br />• Rock Dust Storage Facility <br />• East Loadout Area - Former Truck Turnaround <br />• s East Loadout Area - Southwest Sediment Trap <br />• West Loadout Area - Railway Containment Berm <br />• Explosives Bunker <br />Justification for the Small Area Exemptions are addressed in this <br />section. The original requests submitted by Dorchester as well as <br />the recer_t exemption requests, have been summarized and are included <br />in the following section.
