Significant Wildlife Resources <br />This is primarily an area of small game species (ducks, geese, <br />rabbits, etc.) and conunon non-game species. <br />13. Threatened or Endangered Species <br />' The Colorado Division of 'rildlife is unaware of „ p:,pulation of <br />threatened or endangered species. An occasional bald eagle and/ <br />' or golden eagle may frequent the area, but there ar~~ no knor~~n <br />~ , nest sites. <br />!r. Effects on Wildlife <br />' There will be very little effect on wildlife durinrl operation;. <br />[n fact, according to the Division of Wildlife, the riininy operation <br />' could benefit wildlife by providing ponds far nesliny and breeding <br />' areas for ducks and geese.
