THIS PERMIT is issued by the Mined Land Reclamation Board, Departrnalt of Natural Resources,
State of Colorado.
RECITALS
A. The Permittee, 3B Enterprises desires to conduct a minurg operation lmown as Deals Pit, for
the purpose of extracting sand and gravel. The Pemrittce will not mine any secondary commodities.
B. On July 30, 2001 the Mined land Reclamation Board (the "Board's approved the Pennittce's
apphcation for this permit, fixed the amount of the financial warranty and directed that this permit be issued upon
the filing with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division") of performance waranty and financial
warrardy (or warrarrtes) m the amount so fixed ur form and subsLvrce approved by the Division. Said warranties
have bear filed with the Division.
C. If the Pemuttee desires W extras materials other than those listed in (A), a separate permit may
be required.
D. On July 30, 2001 the Board made the following Endings:
1. The application for this permit complies with the requiremarts of the Colorado Mitred
Land Reclamation Ad for the Extraction of Construction Materials, C.RS. 34-32.5-101 ct sue., as amended, and
with all apphcable local state and f>rderal laws;
2. The operation will not adversely ai3'ect the stability of any significarrt, valuable, and
pemlanent man-made structure located wrthirL two hundred fect of the ABiected Land, except where there is an
agreemerLt between the Operator and the persons having an interest in the s[mcdue that damage to the structure is
to be congrarsated for by the Pemrittee; and;
