Pursuant to Rule <br />1.4.5(3), the applicant may ask for an extension of the review time in order to allow the applicant <br />an opportunity to provide additional information to meet adequacy requirements of the Division. <br />The decision date may be reset but shall not exceed 365 days from the date the application is <br />filed. <br />The May 18, 2001 extended due date you have requested does not exceed the 365 day limitation <br />so your request is approved.
