A notice of the proposed gravel <br />mining application has been sent to the Town of Peetz. <br />EXHIBIT O - Proof of Mailing of Notices to Board of County Commissioners and Soil <br />Conservation District <br />The application has been filed with the Logan County Commissioners and the Logan <br />County Soil Conservation District. Proof of filing is attached. <br />EXHIBIT R - Proof of Filing with Counri Clerk and Recorder <br />The application has been filed with the Logan County Clerk. Proof of filing is attached. <br />EXHIBIT S -Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />There aze wind generator towers within 200 feet of the boundaries of the proposed pit. <br />There aze power lines that may be within 200 feet of the pit boundaries. We will provide <br />notice to both the wind generating company and the power provider for the azea when we <br />provide notice to the adjoining landowners. <br />ADDENDUM 1 <br />A notice has been posted at the site regazding the proposed 112 gravel pit application. <br />Certification of the posting is attached. <br />GEOTECHNICAL STABILITY EXHIBIT <br />The applicant is not awaze of any geological hazards that might affect mining or <br />reclamation at the site. We will be happy to provide information if the Division identifies <br />a condition which we aze not awaze of. <br />
