Schumacher is the owner of the property in question. A copy of the deed to the <br />property is attached to the application, proving ownership. The deed indicates that <br />Maynazd and Norma Jean Schumacher have reserved the gravel royalties. A copy of a <br />written agreement on the gravel rights is also attached, showing that Jeff is the owner of <br />the gravel. <br />
