SECTION 4.0 Regraded Spoil <br />In accordance with Technical Revision TR-89, approved in December 2001, regraded spoil sampling was <br />discontinued in Trapper Mine's Ashmore and Flintlock pits. <br />This step was taken because it was felt that sufficient data had been collected to conclude that unsuitable <br />spoils do not exist in these areas. Extensive regraded spoil sampling was conducted over many years <br />and no unsuitable spoil areas were ever identified in either Derringer or Flintlock pits. <br />• <br /> <br />
