In accordance with 34-3?-1I5(4)(e), the Board must make a finding that the operation
will be in compliance with local zoning or subdivision regulations. u ere not
required to submit thla information, but a submission would easist th Division's pro-
cessing of the application. When the Division notifies the local go meat of the
existence of this application, it will request information regarding mplience with
applicable local law. It is intended that operators may concurrently 71t into compli-
ance with Local requirements at the same time the Division is processi 9 this appllca-

EXHIBIT N - Reclamation ~COSts.
For a 110 permit, if the operator requests financial warranty to be 1e s than 55,000.00,
then operator must submit facts to support such a request. Othern~ise, financial warranty
of 55,000.00 will automatically be set. For all lI2 permits, the fine cial warranty shall
be 52,500.00 per acre. ~ ~
L.YI/IBIT I - Terms of Covernmen tat Contracts (1II Applications only)
For Special IO-Day (I11) permits, the operator must submit a copy of t e contract or
other proof that proves the necessity of a special ID-day permit. The operator must also
submit evidence of the financial warranty provided under the governmen al contract, if
it was required.
