<br /> THIS DEED, made this 20th day of April 1987, between
<br /> RICHARD H. FRASER and GWEN F. FRASER, husband and wife, of
<br /> Seattle, County of Ring, State of Washington, Grantors, and
<br /> COLINA ORO MOLINA, INC., a Washingtgn corporation, whose legal
<br /> address is /10/ West Marginal way, S.W. , Seattle. Washington
<br /> 98106, of the County of Ring, and State of Washington, Grantee.
<br /> WITNESSETH, .That the Grantors, for and in consideration
<br /> of the sum of Ten and 00/100 ($10.00) and other valuable
<br /> consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, have remised, released, sold, conveyed and
<br /> QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents do remise, release, sell, Aeoa
<br /> convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the Grantee, its successors and
<br /> assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and
<br /> demand which the Grantors have in and to the real property,
<br /> together with improvements, if any, situate, lying and being
<br /> in the County of Boulder and State of Colorado, described

<br /> to the patented mining properties described on Exhibit A,
<br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
<br /> TOGETHER WITH a right of ingress and egress over
<br /> any lend• of Grantors to Boulder County Road 52 a/k/a
<br /> •� unshine Canyon Drive; and
<br /> + TOGETHER WITH any right, title or interest of
<br /> cantors in and to that certain water right adjudica-
<br /> tion commonly known as Case No. 85 CM 117, District
<br /> (Court, Water Division No. 1, with any right, title
<br /> N and interest of Grantors in and to twenty (20) shares
<br /> N Q of the Left Hand Ditch Company currently held under an
<br /> Escrow Agreement with the First National Bank of Long-
<br /> •c \,wont, Colorado (Escrow Agent) the same being subject
<br /> to a certain Option Agreement (since exercised) wherein
<br /> Mark A. Steen was Purchaser and S. McDermid Quick was
<br /> "Seller, being all interest of Grantors in such shares
<br /> subject to the Escrow Agreement and the Option Agreement;
<br /> TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS.
