The Division considered your response to be an amendment to the <br />application, because new land (haul roads) was added to the proposed affected land azea. The <br />Division set a new decision date of March 11, 2004. With the 30 day extension to the review <br />period being requested by D G Huskin, the Division's decision date changes to April 12, 3004. <br />There are still a few items in the original adequacy review that need to be addressed, or need <br />additional clarification. I have listed these items below using the same item numbers as in the <br />Original review. If an item from the first review is not listed, you can assume it has been <br />adequately addressed. One'new item is listed separately at the end. <br />EXHIBIT D -Mining Plan <br />6. You have indicated that when it is known that a portable asphalt plant will be temporarily <br />placed on the site the Colorado Department of Health and Environment Water Quality <br />Control Division will be informed and a Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) and <br />Spill Prevention Control and Counter Measure (SPCC) plan will be developed. <br />The Division has State responsibility to insure adequate protection of ground water <br />quality when toxic materials aze stored or used in a permit area. The Division also has <br />Office of Office of Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines Geological Survey <br />
