Pratt: <br />I thought I should notify you that I feel that all the permit applications <br />referenced above are complete and adequate for presentation to the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board at the June 23-24, 1982 meeting. A copy of the enclosed <br />performance warranty must be executed for each pit before we can actually <br />issue the permits (the legal descriptions for each should be prepared and <br />attached as "Exhibit .4" to each warranty. For example, "EXHIBIT A, Rhoades <br />Pit, File 82-52, LEGAL DESCRIPTION: 4.0 acres in the SE':r, SW~ of Section 17, <br />T6N, R42I4 in Xit Carson County, Colorado" etc....). <br />I received your letter of June 1, 1982 with the public notice copies and your <br />applications are read~l for presentation to the Board. <br />Please contact me if i/ou want to talk about the proposal we talked about to <br />reclaim additional lands in lieu of paying the $1,000.00 civil penalty. <br />Si cerely, <br />~~, ~~ <br />Peter H.
