The name of the owner of the <br />surface and all of the minerals is Letha M. Nickell, who has a life estate <br />with the remainder over to her nine children and three grandchildren. She is <br />also the owner of a full interest in the minerals and all of the land <br />adjacent to the operation and the access road. <br />The surface owners own all of the the subsurface rights on the affected land. <br />Also enclosed is Washington County Warrant for $110.10. <br />The applicant has applied for all of the necessary approvals from local <br />goverJmlent. <br />The statements and maps required are included in the application. <br />If there is any additional information you require, I will be glad to oblige. <br />Yours very truly, <br />W.
